· KITCHEN LAYOUT AND DESIGN
Drawings clearly reflect the planning program and include the following:
Location of mechanical roughing in
Details of equipment
Elevations of all equipment
Location of service counters, kitchen equipment, and all interior partitions.
· RENOVATION OF EXISTING FACILITIES
· CONSTRUCTION COORDINATION
Our involvement during this phase of the projects allows for better competition in bidding and reduction in costs.
· VALUE ENGINEERING
Review all costs and determine if additional savings can be made without affecting costs in other contracts.
· MECHANICAL ROUGHING IN DRAWINGS
Roughing-in drawings are provided to allow more time to competitively bid for kitchen equipment items.
· RENDERINGS
Provided to clarify special designs, along with three dimensional auto-cad drawings.
· WASTE AND RECYCLING PROGRAMS
Economic solutions and systems to handle such items are provided. Information regarding federal, state, and local requirements for the handling of waste and recyclables will be provided.
· WATER TREATMENT
We will obtain a water analysis and design a filtration system to extend the operating use of the kitchen equipment.
